Statement of Delegates of the Second Convention -
Congress of Deputies of all Levels of Novorossiya

On Fidelity to the Principles
of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of Novorossiya

The delegates of the Second Convention – Congress of Delegates of all Levels of Novorossiya and the members of the Novorossiya Council of Ministers hereby declare their fidelity to the principles of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of Novorossiya.

Novorossiya as a sovereign state proclaimed on the 12th of December 2014 is not a participant of the Minsk process, and the so-called "certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions", as well as the territories occupied by the Kiev junta are its integral parts.

The delegates view countersigning of any documents divesting Novorossiya or the People's Republic of any territories as high treason.

We propose to all the units of the Volunteer Corps and the People's Militia that are faithful to the Declaration of Sovereignty of the DPR of the 7th of April, 2014, the Declaration of Sovereignty of the LPR and the principles and objectives of the Declaration of Sovereignty of Novorossiya of the 12th of December, 2014 to take the Oath of Allegiance to Novorossiya the text whereof is published below.

Since the moment of taking the Oath of Allegiance to Novorossiya, the units must stop fulfilling any orders or instructions of the persons who openly call to surrender territories of Novorossiya to Kiev and sign the respective documents, take measures to detain Kiev agents, defeatists and enemies who openly agitate for a "united Ukraine" under the authority of the criminal fascist Kiev regime.
